Waters Edge Leisure Living has been built out of a passion for all things cottage: rural life, natural settings, spectacular scenery, recreational opportunities and a rhythm of life that is so thoroughly enjoyable.

At Waters Edge, we have put together all of the components necessary to get full enjoyment from your time at the cottage.

Waterfront

We work hard to bring to the market exceptional waterfront properties throughout the province of Nova Scotia. We have various oceanfront, lakefront, ocean view and lake access properties as well as renovated homes in quant villages to choose from.

Building Your Dream

As experienced builders, we will work with you to design and build your dream home or cottage. We understand the importance of your project. We confidently assert that we have the personnel, skills, and commitment to complete your dream build.

Committed To Success

It is not a requirement at any Waters Edge project that we build your home or cottage. You are free to use other builders. If we are not building your home, we can provide you with advice. We have a list of pre-approved builders and trade professionals. We can offer or help arrange ongoing management services. We ensure your home is built the way you envision it.
