Job Overview:
We are seeking a results-driven Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and executing marketing plans to generate quality leads and drive sales. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute effective ads to promote our properties for sale on platforms like Facebook Marketplace, Kijiji, and other relevant sites.

  • Generate and manage high-quality leads while assisting the sales team in effectively engaging with and nurturing those leads.

  • Manage and update the company websites to ensure they are current and engaging.

  • Create content for marketing and advertising purposes as required, including written content, graphics, photographs, and videos.

  • Analyze the performance of marketing efforts and provide actionable insights on a Weekly and Monthly basis.

  • Use Photoshop or other designing programs (Canva, Illustrator, etc) to create publication-ready advertisements.

  • Coordinate any required outsourced marketing materials, including graphic design, video, printed materials, and others.

  • Produce periodic newsletters with creative and updated information with well-defined Calls to action.

  • Build a strong presence on Google, Facebook, and Instagram, ensuring content is relevant and appropriate.

  • Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns (e.g. Facebook Ads).

  • Perform competitor research to analyze their strengths and weaknesses while keeping the company informed about their latest updates and activities.

  • Other duties as required

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

  • At least 2 years of experience in a marketing role.

  • Results-oriented candidates with excellent organizational and time-management skills.

  • Experience with content management systems, graphics software, and project management programs (i.e. WordPress, Wix, Adobe Suite, Canva, MailChimp, etc.)

  • Familiarity with Google Analytics and other analytics tools.

  • Strong writing and editing skills for creating marketing materials.

  • Knowledge of the land development industry and real estate is a plus but not required.
