Investing in one of Waters Edge’s developments provides great rates of return. You have the choice of funding an entire project or only a portion. Your investment is always fully secured by the real estate being developed.

A minimum investment of $50,000 is required to participate in this program.

Developing properties is a great investment with low risks if done properly. If you have a property you would like to subdivide and develop but do not have the time, experience, or capital, Waters Edge may be interested in partnering with you.

Typically our interest is in properties with extensive water frontage. We are interested in projects throughout Nova Scotia.

2. Builders & Developers Program

If you are a builder interested in building cottages or homes, Waters Edge offers a generous builders program which preserves your cash until the bank draws or the sale.

3. Broker & Realtor Program

On all our projects we protect brokers even if the property is not listed. Never hesitate to bring a client for fear of losing commission.

If you have properties listed, about to be listed or available we are always interested. They should have extensive water frontage, Road access, and utilities nearby. We are interested in properties just about anywhere. Waters Edge will work with you to make a deal.

If you have difficult clients looking for something very specific we may be able to assist with a custom build or modification of existing stock. Contact us for more details.
